Evidence of mold, pests, or unusual odors
General cleanliness and condition of the home
Exterior Property Inspections
What We Check Outside
Doors, windows, gates, screens, and garage doors
Roofline, gutters, walkways, and exterior walls
Landscaping, irrigation systems, and drainage areas
Signs of storm damage, vandalism, or intrusion
Water leaks, standing water, or erosion concerns
Pest activity and rodent intrusion
Outdoor lighting and general property condition
If an issue is discovered, clients are notified immediately with photos and recommendations.
